Preparing For Your Appointment
At Eye Was Framed Eyecare, we are committed to making sure you are seeing and looking your best. There are a few things you can do to help us.
When you come in for your appointment, we also ask that you bring:
- Any prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses that you are currently using. This includes any glasses that you may be using for the computer, for school or work, for night driving, for crafts, hobbies, or sports, or as your emergency backup glasses. (You too, contact lens wearers.)
- Your current contact lens Rx or your contact lens boxes
- Your vision and medical insurance cards
- Your previous exam records if your visual or health history is extensive
